Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or factors outside our control.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, which will include your tracking number(s). Tracking information will be active within 24 hours.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship to addresses within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.
International Shipping
At this time, we do not offer international shipping. Try a forwarding service like Shipito - https://www.shipito.com/ (*Libbey is not affiliated with any mail forwarding services*)
Cancellation Policy - To cancel an order please submit request from Return & Exchange portal HERE within 1 hour of the order being submitted. Within the first hour of an order being placed, we will do our best to accommodate your request, but changes are not guaranteed. After the first hour, no changes can be made to the order.
Return/Refund Policy - Orders can be returned for refund within 30 days, excluding closeout products. If you received your order and there were any problems with it you can request a replacement from the Return & Exchange portal HERE
